The 2nd year of my animation course has begun before I knew it. Time flies by so quickly that comes off as terrifying for me. However, I'm full of enthusiasm about what is to come for this year.
Right on the first day, we were introduced to 3 assignments; 3D environment group project, biped animation and personal development project. These are to assess our level of skills and ability to follow as well as to build on our animations techniques from last year.
I am especially excited about the 3D environment since last year I didn't delve into that area much in our animation, therefore I'm really looking forward to layout, design etc. I'm not that stress about the biped animation as previously I had work on a few types of walks for an assignment, but it'll be a great chance for me to fix the issues I had received from my feedback or even start looking for further areas/medium. As for the Personal project, it is a great opportunity for me to explore a particular field that I probably aspire to work in one day or an area which I think I lack in that I can aim to improve. I will explain more about each assignment in my further pages so look forward to it.
